Ilyashev & Partners’ former attorney Dmytro Natalukha appointed head of the State Property Fund

The Verkhovna Rada voted to appoint Dmytro Natalukha, a member of the “Servant of the People”, as head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine. The decision was supported by 244 Members of Parliament.

The position of Head of the State Property Fund had remained vacant since September 2024.

While presenting Natalukha to Parliament as a candidate, Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko stated that the Fund faces the task of improving its operational efficiency. She noted that Natalukha had worked extensively on state property matters as chairman of the parliamentary Committee on Economic Development and “is capable of ensuring a strategic management approach in line with today’s challenges.”

Dmytro Natalukha holds both legal and management education. In particular, he studied at the University of Cambridge (United Kingdom), where he specialized in public strategy, political economy, and China’s public policy. He is also a graduate of the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, where he obtained a Master’s degree in Public International Law.

Over the years, he has been involved in international investment and financial law and worked as an attorney, specializing in real estate and land law, including working at Ilyashev & Partners, the leading Ukrainian Law Firm.

In the 2019 parliamentary elections, he was elected as a Member of Parliament of Ukraine of the 9th convocation from the Servant of the People Political party and served as chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development.
